The Chambers is a structured full-grain leather daily-carry bag for lawyers who need one case for a laptop, files, and the rest of a working day — not a briefcase, not a backpack.

Organized rather than minimal: two main compartments separate a laptop from files and folders, with smaller pockets for the rest of what a working day requires. Built on the same full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather as the rest of the line, with brass hardware throughout. It is named for the judge's chambers because that is where it goes when the courtroom does not: the conference, the pre-trial, the working meeting where the bag sits open rather than closed.

Questions we are asked

Which laptop sizes fit? The compartment is sized for a laptop; we will publish the measured interior when the first production pieces arrive, rather than guess now.

Does it stand up on its own? Yes — the structured base keeps it upright beside a chair, which is most of what a bag does in a deposition.

Can it be carried on a rolling case? The rear trolley strap slides over a suitcase handle for the airport leg.

Care. Full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather darkens and softens with use. Wipe with a dry cloth, keep it out of standing water and off radiators, and condition sparingly with a colourless leather cream once or twice a year. Scuffs generally rub out with a fingertip.
