Which pens does it fit? The Sheaffer 300 and the Sheaffer 100 ballpoints.

Is the K-style the same as the T-style? No. Sheaffer makes both, and these pens take the K-style. Fitting the wrong one is the usual reason a refill will not seat.

Does it write on carbonless forms? Yes. Pressure makes the copy, and pressure is what a ballpoint does.
