Is there a cutter? Yes, a guillotine cutter built into the body, so it is one instrument instead of two.

Does it arrive fueled? No. Every lighter ships unfueled; fill it with butane.

Can I take it on a plane? No. Torch lighters may not be carried aboard aircraft.

Warranty. This Product carries Prestige Import Group's one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, and Barrister & Bespoke's own Thirty-Day Assurance for the first thirty days after delivery. Butane, cosmetic wear, and damage from misuse or tampering are excluded. Lighters ship unfueled, and torch lighters may not be carried aboard aircraft. Returns. A lighter may be returned within thirty days if it is unused and in its original packaging. Every lighter ships unfueled; once butane has been added it is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.
