Terms of Sale for Firms

Our Refund and Warranty policies refer to these Terms. They govern orders placed by a firm, company or organization through our For Firms channel — quantities, gift programmes and commissioned runs — and sit alongside our Terms of Service, which apply to every order.

1. How a firm order works

1.1 Firm orders are scoped and quoted privately. Write to james@barristerandbespoke.com with the occasion, the quantity, the delivery date and the delivery address or addresses. We reply within one business day with a written quotation.

1.2 A quotation is valid for the period it states, typically fourteen days. An order is placed when the firm accepts the quotation in writing and pays the deposit it specifies; it is accepted when we confirm it in writing.

1.3 Firm orders are paid through our normal checkout or by invoice, as the quotation states. We do not extend payment terms.

2. Pricing

Firm orders are priced at the quoted price per unit. We do not discount, and we do not show a comparison price; the quoted price is the price. Sales tax and shipping are stated separately on the quotation.

3. Presentation, marking and personalization

3.1 Every piece ships in its maker's box or in the Barrister & Bespoke presentation box, as the product page states. Our fulfilment partner does not gift-wrap, insert firm-supplied cards, or split a single order across multiple addresses; multiple addresses are handled as multiple orders.

3.2 We do not monogram, emboss or engrave.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless the quotation states a guaranteed date. Where a date is guaranteed and we miss it through our own fault, the firm may cancel the undelivered part of the order for a full refund of that part. Risk of loss passes on delivery, as in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and warranty

Firm orders carry the same return rights and warranties as individual orders, as stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Warranty Policy, unless the quotation states otherwise for a commissioned run made to the firm's specification, which is not returnable except for defects.

6. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida; venue lies in Lee County, Florida. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
